(Madoc Township, ON) – On October 1, 2014 at 4:20 p.m. a vehicle travelling on Highway # 62 in Eldorado, Madoc Township was stopped by Central Hastings O.P.P after a piece of wood came loose from the trailer it was drawing and almost struck the police cruiser. Upon further inspection, the trailer was found to not have a plate displayed.
As a result the 19 year old male driver of Madoc, ON was charged with Insecure Load, Draw Trailer No Plate and Fail to Notify Change of Address under the Highway Traffic Act.
