On August 11, 2013 at 2:25 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to the area of Yorkshire Street and Oxford Street after receiving the report of an indecent act. Investigation alleges that a female had been walking on Yorkshire Street when a vehicle approached and the male driver asked for directions. The female went to the car to assist and observed that the male was exposing himself. She quickly backed away and the male drove off, last seen heading east on London Road.
The vehicle is described as a silver compact car, possibly a Matrix or Corolla. The driver is described as white male, late thirties, average build, light brown hair and clean shaven. He was wearing jeans and a dark t-shirt.
