(Deseronto, ON)- Last night at 9:30 p.m. an officer on patrol on Main Street in Deseronto noticed a male driving an e-bike in an erratic manner. The male almost struck parked vehicles.
The e-bike driver was stopped and subsequently arrested for impaired driving. He was taken to the Napanee OPP Detachment for breath tests.
Charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Over .80 mgs is 49 year-old Christopher HUBBLE of Napanee. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on August 11th.
