A male was fit enough for the gym but not fit to drive. Police observed a car being driven erratically on Lakeshore drive at 8:30 this morning, noting the car mounted the curb at one point. Police activated their emergency lights but the driver did not stop until they travelled a few more blocks, and after going through a red light. The driver was apparently headed to the gym but Police arrested the male for impaired driving and dangerous driving. The driver’s breathalyzer readings were almost three times over the legal limit. The driver was charged accordingly.
