(PORT LAMBTON, ON) -On October 5, 2014 at around 1:45 a.m., Lambton County Ontario (OPP) officers saw a Mini Cooper vehicle driving erratically in Port Lambton. The vehicle was eventually stopped on William Street and while speaking with the male driver, it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subsequent tests indicated that 41 year old Daniel TOMS, who is from St. Clair Township, was over the legal limit. He will appear in a Sarnia court on October 27, 2014 to speak to the charges of impaired driving and being over the legal limit.
(PLYMPTON-WYOMING, ON) -On October 3, 2014 at around 6:45 p.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers received a complaint about a Nissan pickup truck that was driving erratically westbound on Highway 402 in the area of Forest Road. Officers stopped the vehicle in the area of Oil Heritage Road and while speaking with the male driver it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subsequent tests indicated that 28 year old Grant TAYLOR, who is from Sarnia, was over the legal limit. He will appear in a Sarnia Court on October 20, 2014 to answer to the charges of impaired driving and being over the legal limit.
