(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On November 3, 2013 just after midnight Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members were notified of a vehicle that had been taken from a residence on Meadow Park Drive, Huntsville. Officers observed the stolen Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck on King William St and managed to get it stopped on Manominee St Huntsville.
During the investigation it was found that driver Joshua RUFF (30 years) of Huntsville was found to have been drinking. He was eventually arrested and charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000.00, Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle, and Having More than 80mgs of Alcohol per 100mltrs of blood. The accused also has his licence suspended for 90 days. He will appear in Huntsville court on November 20, 2013 to answer to his charges.
