(CLEARVIEW TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On September 10th, 2016 at approximately 3:00 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report that a collision had occurred in the area of Fairgrounds Road and 30/31 Side Road Nottawasaga. However when Police arrived a collision scene was found but the responsible motor vehicle had fled the area.
The motor vehicle that was involved was located on 33/34 Side Road Nottawasaga and upon speaking with the driver Police quickly determined that she was under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Impaired Operation” and “Exceed 80 mgs.” is Krista H FRASER 39 years old from Collingwood. Police further charged the accused with “Fail to report damage to property on Highway” under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario. First appearance is October 4th, 2016 in Collingwood court.
