(SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On March 22, 2019, members of Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a R.I.D.E. spot check on Elsinore Road and Maryville Lake Road in South Bruce Peninsula.
At approximately 8:04 p.m. a pick-up truck pulled up to the R.I.D.E. check point. The driver, who appeared to have been drinking alcohol, provided a sample of his breath into an approved roadside screening device which registered a fail”.
