Barrie Police located a vehicle in the ditch on Blake Street during patrol early Saturday evening. Through investigation, police located the male inside a nearby restaurant. The male was very intoxicated and accompanied officers back to his vehicle. The male was eventually arrested for care and control of a motor vehicle.
The male was transported to the station and provided breath samples to a qualified technician. A 39 year old Barrie man blew three times over the legal limit. He was lodged in cells until sober.
