On July 7, 2014 at 1:28 a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop with a motor vehicle in the downtown area after receiving reports that the driver may be impaired. Police spoke with the male and he was arrested. Once at the station he then refused to provide breath samples.
David Chaboyer, 48 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and refuse to provide breath sample. He will appear in court on August 19, 2014.
