On November 3, 2013 at 2:47a.m., the Guelph Police conducted a traffic stop on Silvercreek Pwky North and Willow Road. Police determined the male driver was impaired by alcohol and he was arrested. The male was taken to the Guelph Police Service headquarters where he was required by law to provide two breath samples. The male refused to provide the required breath samples and was charged accordingly.
Van Qui NGUYEN, 40 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and refuse to provide breath sample. He will appear in court on December 13, 2013.
