Police observed a green pickup truck driving erratic in the Yonge and Madeline St area. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle but he refused. The vehicle stopped a short distance away and the 33 year old male was arrested for impaired driving. The male provided two samples and failed both with a reading of 130. The male was released with a future court date.
