On September 6, 2014 at approx. 8:05 p.m Chatham-Kent Officers responded to a possible Distracted or Impaired Driver complaint on Queens line near Tilbury. Officers located the suspect vehicle on Queen Street, eventually stopping the vehicle on Richardson street in Tilbury. The driver, a 34 yr old Leamington man was arrested and transported to Police Headquarters where he provided a sample of his breath and registered well over 2 times the limit of alcohol in his blood.
