ICY CONDITIONS AND 416 CLOSURE

(Ottawa, ON) -The Ottawa Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police has been investigating multiple motor vehicle collisions throughout the city.

Highway 416 southbound is closed just south of Fallowfield Road. Motorists are asked to exit at Fallowfield Road and follow the Emergency Detour Route.

Roads have been and remain to be very icy and the OPP are urging motorists to slow down when travelling on the highways.
