(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) wants to remind motorists that Hwy 23 between Line 39 and Line 42 (north of Mitchell) remains closed due to a barn fire. The Highway is not expected to re-open until late in the afternoon.
