Hwy 21 Traffic Stop Leads To Break And Enter Charges

(BRUCE TWP, ON) – On December 17, 2015 at 11:55 p.m., South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers on patrol along Highway 21 in Bruce Township stopped a Grey Ford pick-up truck. The officers found a quantity of illegal street drugs in the truck and a large quantity of stolen property in the bed of the pick-up truck.

Twenty-seven-year old Shawn PREVOST of French River has been charged with break and enter, possess stolen property, mischief and possess a controlled substance.

Twenty-seven-year old Wade BURKE of French River has been charged with break and enter, possess stolen property, mischief and 2 counts of possess a controlled substance.

Twenty-two-year old Cody LAMOUREUX-MOHAN of Sudbury has been charged with break and enter, possess stolen property, mischief and possess a controlled substance.

The 3 accused were all held in custody pending the results of a show cause hearing scheduled for December 18, 2015.
