(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – On April 9, 2016 at approximately 8:00 a.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a pick-up truck travelling at a high rate of speed on North Street in Tillsonburg.
OPP initiated a traffic stop on Broadway Street in Tillsonburg.
As a result of investigation, the 56-year-old male, Trong HUYNH of Tillsonburg was charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Driving While Ability Impaired – motor vehicle
Driving with More than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on April 26, 2016.
