(Municipality of Trent Lakes, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to assist at a hunting related incident Friday evening shortly before 8:00pm.
Responding officers located a deceased male (Luigi PIROCCHI age 68 of Brechin, ON) at a remote hunt camp east of Peterborough County Road 49.
This incident is currently under investigation by the Peterborough County OPP Detachment Crime Unit and the Forensic Identification Services (FIS) under the direction of Detective Inspector Martin Graham of the Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB).
