Hunter Has Shotgun Stolen From Trailer

(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment is investigating a break and enter that occurred at an Inman Road, Dunnville, Haldimand County, Ontario address.

On Saturday December 10, 2016 at approximately 11:29 a.m., OPP responded for a break and enter to a trailer on a residential property where it was reported that some hunting equipment was stolen.

OPP investigation, thus far, has determined that between the night of Friday December 9, 2016 at midnight and Saturday December 10, 2016 at 9:30 a.m., unknown(s) entered a trailer that was parked on the property and removed hunting equipment, including a shotgun.

The estimated value of the items stolen is $3,000.00

OPP continue to investigate.

OPP is reminding the public to report any suspicious vehicles/persons to the police. If you see something or know something, say something.
