(KINGSVILLE, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a radio call regarding a vehicle in the ditch on Highway 3 near Marsh Road in Kingsville on March 4, 2016 at approximately 6:50 p.m.
Officers arrived on scene to observe the driver of the silver Chevrolet was spinning his tires attempting to remove himself from the ditch where his vehicle was stuck.
When he exited the vehicle, he exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.
Jason HUBER, age 39 of Kingsville was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor Court on April 13, 2016 to answer to the charges.
