(Havelock Belmont Methuen Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a routine traffic stop on Ontario Street on March 19th, 2016 at approximately 1:30pm.
Subsequent investigation determined the driver of the motor vehicle was impaired and was also in possession of a quantity of unmarked cigarettes.
Graeme Houston (age 62) of Percy, ON was arrested and charged with:
Impaired Driving
Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood.
Possession of unmarked cigarettes
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, ON May 12, 2016.
