(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment is investigating a house fire at a Townline Road, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Saturday November 16th, 2013 at approximately 9:28 pm Police and Fire responded to a vacant house fire on Townline Road which is just east of Hwy #56 after receiving a 911 call from a passing motorist. Upon arrival by Emergency Services the house was found to be fully engulfed in flames and was subsequently completely destroyed. The loss is valued approximately $400,000 dollars.
The cause of the fire has not been determined at this time and the investigation is continuing.
