The deceased has been identified as Edward Bernard Junior Dwyer, 24, of Toronto.
Edward Dwyer, 58, of Toronto, has been arrested. He is charged with:
1) Second-Degree Murder
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on Friday, May 1, 2015, room 407.
