(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment was contacted by a concerned homeowner at a Lynedoch Road, Charlotteville, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at approximately 9:56 p.m., a homeowner was in the bathroom of their residence when they observed a shadow.The resident looked out the window and observed and unknown male crouched down beside the residence.
The owner yelled at the male who immediately fled west bound from the property through the tree line.
The male was described to police as wearing baggy clothing consisting of grey jogging pants and a beige long sleeved jacket.
The OPP reminds all members of the public to be aware of their personal safety at all times and to be extremely vigilant when any stranger arrives at your home. The OPP’s website, www.opp.ca, contains a number of useful resources, tips and links.
