Homeowner Confronts Break and Enter Suspect

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment were contacted by an alert citizen after noticing a suspicious person at an Erie Boulevard, Long Point, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.

On Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at approximately 1:04 p.m., a homeowner observed a suspicious male inside a trailer that was parked in the driveway of their residence.

The homeowner confronted the male who then fled to an awaiting white coloured Ford pick-up truck with three other males. The vehicle was last seen travelling on Erie Boulevard.

The OPP want to remind all Norfolk County residents that if they observed anyone suspicious in or around their property or your neighbour’s property to contact the police immediately at 1-888-310-1122.
