On August 16th a Frances St resident reported that two of his vehicles that had been parked on the street had been damaged. Sometime between 6:15 AM and noon, a vehicle driving along Frances St struck a parked car, forcing it into another parked car. The driver of the vehicle failed to remain at the scene or report the incident. Police are looking for the public’s assistance in locating witnesses to the incident. Anyone with information is requested to contact the Wingham Police or Crime Stoppers.
