(TAY TOWNSHIP, ON) – Members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision and are looking for the public’s assistance in identifying the involved motor vehicle that left the scene.
On Sunday September 6, 2015 at 5:34 p.m. officers responded to a call that a motor vehicle had struck a mail box, hydro pole and a ditch before leaving the scene. The collision took place on Triple Bay Road in Tay Township. The motor vehicle is described as a medium size GMC or Chevrolet pick-up green in colour with a tunnel cover. The front passenger side mirror will be missing and the front passenger headlight smashed.
