(Kemptville, ON.) β Grenville County Ontario Provincial Police are investigating a hit and run collision involving a vehicle and a mother pushing her baby in a stroller.
At 1:49 p.m. on December 6th, a 24 year old mother from Kemptville and her 5 month old infant were walking east on Clothier Street on the north side. A vehicle described as a black sedan exited the parking beside Benson Automotive and struck the stroller while turning onto Clothier Street East. The male driver backed up and drove around the pedestrians and left the scene.
