(ADELAIDE METCALFE, ON) – The Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a motor vehicle collision in which a suspect vehicle failed to remain.
On November 6, 2014 at approximately 5:50 p.m., a row of vehicles were stopped westbound on Calvert Drive at the stop sign at the intersection of Conservation Road /Dundonald Road.
As the first in the row of vehicles turned southbound onto Dundonald Road, the suspect vehicle travelling westbound on Calvert Drive, passed the row of stopped vehicles, entered the intersection, and struck the vehicle’s front driver’s side door.
The occupants of the suspect vehicle exited their vehicle and attended the victim’s car. They then returned to the suspect vehicle and fled the scene, travelling northbound on Conservation Road.
The suspect vehicle is described as a dark, small to mid-sized car (like a Cavalier or Cobalt). It may have sustained front end damage.
The suspect driver is described as a tall, thin male, wearing a light brown jacket. The second male is described as shorter and stalky. The female passenger is described as short, and thin.
