(SARNIA, ON) – Westbound Highway 402 is now open in the area of Modeland Road. The transport truck has been removed and emergency crews have left the scene.
In the last couple of hours, OPP officers have responded to a handful of collisions at various locations throughout the county. Most of the collisions were vehicles that slid into the ditch and no injuries have been reported in any of these incidents.
Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) reminds motorists to slow down and drive with caution. Be aware of what is happening around you and be prepared to react to the changing conditions. Have patience with the snow plow operators and leave them lots of room to work.
