Members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant during the evening hours of December 10, 2015. A 38 year old Cambridge male was arrested in connection with the warrant. During a search of the residence, quantities of heroin, cash, and a prohibited weapon were seized. The male was remanded in police custody pending the results of a show cause hearing. He faces a number of drug and criminal charges. Waterloo Regional Police are committed to working in partnership with the community to curtail illegal drugs and drug activity.
