(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 24-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Cultus Road, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Thursday, July 21, 2016 at approximately 4:24 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Cultus Road when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated
As a result of investigation, police have charged 24-year-old Heinrich Banman KLASSEN of Norfolk County Ontario with two (2) counts of driving while under suspension and operate unsafe vehicle.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
