(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 34-year-old female after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Peel Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, March 26, 2017 at approximately 1:57 a.m., officers were conducting patrols in the area of Union Street, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 34-year-old Heather Mae PAKE of Norfolk County, Ontario with impaired driving and driving over the legal limit.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
