(LAKESHORE, ON)— The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a pickup truck that failed to remain at the scene of a crash on December 18, 2015 at approximately 5:30 p.m. at Essex County Road 42 and Essex County Road 27 in Lakeshore.
The suspect pickup was northbound on Essex County Road 27 approaching Essex County Road 42 when it turned into the westbound lane on Essex County Road 42 striking another pickup truck head on. The suspect was last seen heading northbound on Essex County Road 27.
The suspect vehicle is described as an older model GMC Sierra pickup truck, dark in colour. The male driver is described as being mid to late 30’s, short hair, receding hairline and light facial hair.
There were no injuries.
