(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), County of Brant detachment is currently investigating a serious motor vehicle collision on Highway 24 between Ellis Avenue and Maple Grove Road.
On Saturday September 14th, 2013 at approximately 7:25 a.m. a Buick was travelling south bound on Highway 24 and collided with a north bound Dodge van. One of the occupants from the Dodge van was air lifted to Hamilton General Hospital with serious injuries, while the other occupant of the van was taken to Brantford General Hospital with serious injuries. The lone occupant of the Buick was taken to Brantford General Hospital with serious injuries.
OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators are assisting with the investigation.
Highway 24 between Ellis Avenue and Maple Grove Road will be closed for approximately the next five hours for the investigation.
