Harvey SMITH Escaped Custody, Still At Large

(KENORA, ON) – On Tuesday, August 20, 2013, approximately 11:18 am a prisoner escaped custody while being moved from the Kenora Court House on Water Street. 53 year old Harvey SMITH of White Dog First Nation is described as 6′ tall, Black t shirt, jeans, glasses and blue and white jail issue shoes. An arrest warrant has been issued and SMITH has been charged with Escape Lawful Custody. Police are continuing the search for SMITH at this time.
