(Asphodel Norwood Township, ON) – On Friday November 15, at approximately 8:45 pm officers from the Peterborough County OPP investigated a motor vehicle being operated at a high rate of speed on County road 45.
Officers were conducting Radar Patrols on County Road 45 and observed a Chrysler Intrepid being operated at a high rate on speed. Officers stopped the vehicle and conducted an investigation of the driver.
As a result of the investigation 58 year old Harry STEVENSON of Hastings was arrested and charged with Having Over 80mgs of Alcohol in his Blood.
STEVENSON was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on December 12, 2013.
