(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 72 year old male with Drinking and Driving related offences after responding to a traffic complaint at a Haldimand Road #53, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Wednesday August 28th, 2013 at approximately 8:10 pm Police responded to the traffic complaint which involved a white 2001 Dodge pickup truck. The pickup truck was located at a Haldimand Road #53 address and while speaking with the operator signs of impairment was detected which resulted in his arrest.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Drive over the legal limit of alcohol is 72 year old Harold LOUDEN of Haldimand County, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
