(Otonabee-South Monaghan Township, ON) – Member of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a motorist after being stopped on Highway 7 for speeding on Saturday evening just after 7:30pm.
Harold Bernard LAPOINTE (age 55) of Peterborough, ON has been charged with driving with more than 80 mg of alcohol in his blood. The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on June 04, 2015.
