(LEAMINGTON, ON) – As a result of an investigation led by the Leamington OPP Crime Unit along with evidence collected at the scene of the robbery, a 25 years old Leamington man has been arrested and charged for the robbery on May 10, 2016 at the 7-11 Convenience store in Leamington.
Hardeep Piara SINGH, 25 yrs old from Leamington has been charged with;
Robbery and theft contrary to section 334(1)(b) of the Criminal Code
Disquise with intent contrary to section 351(2) of the Criminal Code
Mr. SINGH has been detained in custody and will be brought before the criminal justice system for a “show cause” hearing which will determine his fate.
