Hall Of Shamer Alex Clark Third Entry – Night Trespass, Break In Tools, Breach Probation

PROWLERS ARRESTED WITH B&E TOOLS

(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – Huron OPP officers have arrested and charged two males with several criminal charges stemming from a 911 call to police on April 4, 2012 at 12:18 a.m. A resident from a Rattenbury Street East in Clinton contacted police after witnessing three males in his yard attempting to gain access into his residence. Officers immediately responded and were able to locate two of the males nearby the residence. Upon speaking with the males, officers determined they had been trespassing on the property. A search of the males revealed they were in possession of common tools used to commit break and enters, controlled substances and stolen identity cards.

As a result, Jason GIBSON, age 33, from Huron East has been charged with: Trespass by Night, Possession of Break in Tools, (6) counts of Possession of Stolen Property under $5,000, (2) counts of Breach of Probation and (2) counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. He is currently in custody.

Alex CLARK, age 24, from Central Huron has been charged with Trespass by Night, Possession of Break in Tools, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Breach of Probation. He is currently in custody. Huron OPP continues to investigate this crime.
