On October 7, 2013 at 3:42 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to St. Georges Park to investigate the report of an indecent act. A female had been in the park walking her dog at approximately 3:30 p.m. when she observed a male sitting on a bench near the basketball nets exposing himself. She turned from the male who then got up and left the park, last seen heading towards Metcalfe Street.
He is described as a white male, 16 years of age, dark hair, 5’7 with a slim build. He was wearing a grey/black jacket with a plaid design and hood. He also wore a blue/black touque.
