(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On August 1st, 2015 at approximately 11:55 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police were conducting an R.I.D.E. program in the area of Mosley Street and Beachwood Road and stopped a motor vehicle in which Police determined the driver was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80 mgs.” is Gualter AVILA 59 years old from Brampton, Ontario. First appearance is August 25th, 2015 in Collingwood court.
