(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On July 30, 2015 members of the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed a search warrant under the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act. The warrant was executed at a property on Georgina Avenue in Parry Sound. As a result of this investigation seven potted marihuana plants were seized.
Zenon CRIBBIE, 27 years of age from Parry Sound was arrested and charged with Produce a Schedule II substance – (cannabis marihuana) as per the Controlled Drugs and Substance Act. (CDSA).
He was released from custody on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound on August 20, 2015.
