(LEAMINGTON, ON) – As a result of an ongoing investigation, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged two persons after the execution of a Controlled Drugs and Substances (CDSA) Search Warrant in Leamington on September 21, 2016.
Jon-Paul FULLER, age 44 of Lakeshore, Ontario and Doc Van PHAN, (M), age 53 of Leamington, Ontario have each been charged with the following offences:
Production of a Schedule 2 Substance (Cannabis Marihuana), contrary to Section 7(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Possession of a Schedule2 Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, contrary to Section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Both men will appear in Leamington Court on November 17, 2016 to answer to the charges.
The investigation is continuing.
