GRAND RIVER STREET SUBWAY VICTIM OF ROBBERY

(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were dispatched to a robbery at the Subway restaurant on Grand River Street north in the Town of Paris, in the County of Brant.

At approximately 11:32 p.m. on August 29th, 2014 officers attended the Subway restaurant. Officers were advised that a male enter the store and ordered a sub. When the employee opened the till for payment the suspect demand the cash. The two employees ran from the building and the suspect then removed the money from the till. The OPP West Region Canine Team attended the area and searched for the suspect but they were unable to locate the suspect.

The suspect is described as 5’6’ to 5’8’ in height with reddish blonde hair, with a medium build wearing a dark t-shirt.
