(WOLLASTON, ON) – On October the 9th, 2016, officers from the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), responded to a motor vehicle collision on Old Hastings Road in the Township of Wollaston. When officers arrived, they observed a motor vehicle in the ditch on its side and upon approaching the driver they determined that he had been consuming alcohol.
As a result of their investigation, officers have charged Graham BLAIR, 68 years of age, from Limerick Township with Driving with over 80mgs Alcohol in 100mls of Blood and Driving while ability impaired. The accused was held for bail and released on a recognizance to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on October 18th, 2016.
