Graffiti, Vandalism, Drinking & Public Urination In Orillia

(ORILLIA, ON) – The Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating an increase of unwanted behaviour calls in the downtown core of the City of Orillia.

In recent weeks the OPP has received a rash of complaints of graffiti, vandalism, people drinking alcohol in parks and people urinating in public areas.

The Orillia OPP is committed to stopping this type of behaviour and will be increasing patrols in the affected areas. Anyone caught breaking the law will be charged or fined accordingly.

The OPP is asking for the public’s assistance in stopping this type of behaviour. Please call 911 if you see criminal activity or you can reach the OPP through its non-emergent number at 1-888-310-1122.

Anyone with information in relation to graffiti or vandalism is asked to contact the Orillia OPP at 705-326-3536 or Call Crime Stoppers at 1-800- 222-TIPS.
