Graffiti Artist Caught In The Act – Marihuana Charge

(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Monday morning May 07, 2012, an OPP officer on patrol in Listowel observed a male spray painting a ramp at the Listowel skateboard park at Derry St. and Elm Ave. North.

The officer arrested the male for mischief and upon searching him, located some marihuana on his person. Seth Sikma (24) of the Municipality of North Perth has been charged with “mischief under $5000”, and with “possession schedule II cannabis marihuana – under 30 grams”. He is scheduled to appear in Listowel Court on June 27, 2012 to answer to these charges.
