Gordon Fredrick GIBSON – Drunk Driving

(WELLINGTON NORTH TWP, ON) – On April 17, 2015 at approximately 2:25 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers observed a male driver exit his vehicle and appear unsteady on his feet at Hwy 6., Wellington North Twp. Police spoke with the male driver who showed signs of alcohol consumption. He was arrested and transported to a local OPP Operations Centre for further testing.

Gordon Fredrick GIBSON age 31 of Wellington North Twp. has been charged with Over 80 mgs and impaired driving contrary to the Criminal Code. He has also been charged with take motor vehicle without consent. The driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days as per statute.

He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on May 5, 2015 to answer to the charge.
